DELLA CHIESA
Di Saint' Anna
From the hopes and dreams of Leominster's Italian families, Saint Ann's Parish became a reality. Within a year, Lincoln Hall, on Lancaster Street, was purchased and funds were raised for its renovation. On March 7, 1937, in the presence of civil authorities and a jubilant gathering of the faithful, the new church was dedicated under the patronage of Saint Ann, Mother of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Our people looked upon this occasion with great pride. Saint Ann's church at last had become a reality.
