Generative AI & Its Use in Universities

Introduction

This guide explores the intersection of Generative Artificial Intelligence and its use in university settings.  It is the results of discussions by the generative AI community of practice which met in Spring 2024. The group's work was supported by the university's Center for Teaching and Learning

Members of the community of practice and contributors to this guide are: Deb Stone (Nursing and convener),  Melissa Dunn (Nursing), Ralph Fasano (Digital Learning), Jonathan Harvey (Humanities), Amy Kendrick (Nursing), Kiernan Riley (Nursing), Connie Strittmatter (Library), and Jiang Yu (Environmental, Geographic, and Public Health Sciences Department).
