IT Help Desk supports the university's technical support needs including computers, network issues, printers/printing issues, and phone system. For issues with library specific software/systems, contact the Systems & Digital Learning Technologies Librarian, Linda, at lileblanc@fitchburgstate.edu to do the initial troubleshooting.

Campus facilities is responsible for cleaning, maintenance work, moving furniture, etc. Place work orders to request anything outside their normal daily workflow.

Print Services manages the copying, printing, and design needs for Fitchburg State University. Our services are available for official university business to academic departments, administrative offices, on-campus organizations, and funded student organizations.

Training on a variety of technology-related topics is available to the campus community. Sessions are announced through campus email. Recordings of previous training sessions & training materials are available here.

Note: North Street Bistro is in the Hammond Building, (Street Level-bottom floor). Holmes Dining Hall is located in the building that straddles over North St. next to Hammond Hall.
