Study Room Guidelines

Patrons not in compliance with these rules may be asked to leave and/or be barred from future study room use.

  • The room is for group study and may not be reserved for individual use.

  • Reservations are available on a first-come, first served basis.

  • Reservations must be made using your OneCard with a library account in good standing.

  • The room may be occupied for a maximum of one 2-hour period per day per group.

  • Only one booking per day per group is allowed. (A 2-hour renewal may be granted at the Circulation Desk if the room is available.)

  • The room may be used as a media viewing/listening room, provided it is being used by a group.

  • Please check in with the Circulation Desk within 15 minutes after the start time for which the room is reserved. After that time, the reservation is void and the room may be checked out to a different group.

  • The Library's food/drink and cell phone policies are enforced in the study room.
