The Children's Literature collection is located on the third floor of the library. Call numbers are prefixed with C.L. Books written for Young Adults have been separated from Children's Literature. These books generally are for young people beginning at age 12 and have the prefix Y.A. Both the Children's Literature collection and the Young Adult collection have been enhanced by the hundreds of books generously donated by Dr. Marilyn McCaffrey, professor emerita of English Studies.
