The Library has two resources you can search to find court cases: Lexis-Nexis and US Law Week.

LEXIS-NEXIS Academic (Now called Nexis Uni)
One of the oldest and best legal resources available. Search legal news, law reviews and cases for both federal, state, EU and Canadian courts. Shepard's citations and patent searches are also available.
