Dr. Mary Fowler is a Professor of Mathematics at Worcester State Univeristy. She earned her PhD in Statistics from Carnegie Melon University in 1989. She is the CEO of Racial Equity Partners, a company specializing in effective collection and communication of equity-based statistics. She has served as an expert witness in a number of cases where defendents sought to suppress evidence based on assertions that law enforcement's decision to stop the defendant was motivated by racial profiling.
