The Business Research guide is a curated list of business sources which includes library subscribed resources like databases and journals as well as freely available web resources.  

The Library website contains access to all of the library's resources (not just business) and information about library services and spaces. The databases listed below are extensive.  They include scholarly, trade and news articles, SWOT analysis, industry reports, country reports and more.  If looking for articles and information on a business topic, these databases will be useful.

  • typically provides an overview of an industry, market or sector in a particular geographic area 
  • usually includes definitions, key trends & outlook, leading companies, competitive landscape, industry data (size, value, sales, ratios), key economic indicators and other related topics
  • often written by analysts or experts in the field

Newspaper Databases

Interlibrary Loan

The Library does not have access to every article and book.  If you locate an article and are not able to obtain the full-text, you can submit a request through Interlibrary Loan (ILL).  Our ILL team will locate a library that has access to the article and send you a digital copy of it.  Beow is a tutorial explaining how to set up your ILL account and request articles and books.
